About me

My teaching approach is deeply rooted in 27 years of yoga practice and the rich experience of living across three continents.
I was trained to teach Vinyasa Yoga in New York and Vijnana Yoga in Israel. Having taught for 24 years, my continuous observation of nature and wonderful teachers allows me to integrate these insights into a practice that is vibrant, pulsating, and deeply engaging.
I guide workshops and seminars locally and internationally, sharing this work at universities, professional conferences, and alongside performing arts companies.
Formerly a co-owner and partner at YafoYoga, I now continue to work with both groups and individuals privately. Here, I teach and guide people dealing with chronic pain, as well as sports, dance, and yoga-related injuries—encouraging them to take an active responsibility for their own body - healing, learning, and growth.
I bridge the world of yoga with my skills as an LMSG instructor, alongside movement, touch, and therapeutic modalities such as Rolfing, Yoga Therapy, Shiatsu, and Feldenkrais.
This practice is a deeply personal learning process—one that empowers individuals to change old habits, take responsibilty of their well-being, and gracefully navigate stress. It is a journey toward releasing unnecessary tension, reawakening forgotten capabilities, and profound healing opportunity.
By cultivating physical stability, freedom in movement and breath, and inner clarity, we pave the way for the higher outcome: the awakening and strengthening of the spirit.
?Why Yoga
Yoga is both a path and an adventure.
Consistent practice reveals us to ourselves, gradually illuminating the beauty and wonder of the life within our bodies. Ultimately, it offers an opportunity to create a bridge to the vibrant, free spirit that lives within us.
